The knowledgeable, helpful, friendly staff took time to explain the process (financial and functional) so I felt comfortable. I had not driven an automatic car before so the test drive was useful and with the advice given beforehand I felt confident.

Unfortunately the lady made me feel inadequate so it put a negative spin on the experience. The lady from mini who walked me over was very professional and also the young man who completed hand over of the car was a good representative for you.
