I was supposed to pick my new Mini up on the 23rd May. I drove 1 hour and 15 mins to the garage at Boston and an hour later was told Mini hadn't taken off the money for my Mini I was giving them. They tried to ring head office but to no avail!

Excellent communication from my Mini Sales Representative from the time of order through to the collection of my new vehicle which was all done remotely as I live 50 miles from the Mini Centre in Boston.

After a 40 mile round trip to have my car MOT'd, I was disappointed to hear that although my car needed 2 rear tyres, a Mini garage didn't have any Mini tyres in stock!! They suggested that i took my car home and made the same journey 2 days later.

The whole process has been really easy. I love my car and the staff have been fantastic. The only point deduction was because of the wait being longer than first expected.
