Mini servicing is excellent, it's just when you have go across to BMW to collect your vehicle that's a totally different experience! With a very long unnecessary wait time.

Listers eventually fixed our problem. It was more expensive than brake pads should be, and they did ignore our phone calls a few times, but ultimately they helped fix the mess Sytner Coventry had made
