The whole process has been really easy. I love my car and the staff have been fantastic. The only point deduction was because of the wait being longer than first expected.

The dealership is looking a feels a bit dated. The customer waiting area is not very comfortable. I was well looked after by the staff and placed an order for a new car while I was there.

How biggest disappointed was being told our 2 year old electric mini was only worth £20,000 trade in , when it cost us £36,000 2 years ago and only covered 8900 miles, definitely won't be buying another electric mini Thank you

The staff are always so welcoming and friendly at the Boston dealership. The major service on my mini was competed ahead of schedule and the attention to detail on my cabriolet hood from the courtesy car wash was brilliant, it was like new! Thank you
