Jordan (Listers Boston) was very helpful and patient. We paid our first visit to site on the 15th of April (just to look what mini had to offer since we had not made a final decision what to replace our car with). Collected new mini 30th of April.

Wasn't a service, we had no air conditioning. The radiator had been damaged and we received a video showing the damage. Mini was valeted while sat Boston mini.

I didn't feel the service was as good as normal. I arrived to find out I had to go over to bmw service reception as the lady was on annual leave. Then I had to ask if the car was ready & sent off to bmw again.
