On the whole good. However when I collected the car and returned home I just did a check of the fluid levels. Washer bottle totally empty(hadnt used it).I added 2 litres(tank capacity)so looks like this had been overlooked in PDI.

I initially contacted 3 dealers, my local one Sytner, uncompetitive. Stratstone, excellent. And finally Listers, went the extra mile finding my preferred specification and colour of vehicle. Their representative was first class.

Paige and Manager Dan were very good at their jobs. Paige had a great knowledge about the car we purchased she was also very friendly and not at all pushy. She was a really pleasure. Dan gave us a good deal we were happy with our my trade in.

The sevice department was good they had the car all day, I received my video report which was really good, and the work I authorised was carried out the same day.

Recall not done, repairs to intermittent wipers not done, seems as though a 1-2 hour service takes from 8.30 to 5.30 to complete

Happy with recall service, opted for complimentary clean which was appreciated. However on the journey home my bonnet badge flew off the car and hit the windscreen, fortunately no damage done to the screen but I have lost the badge.

The service I received from all at Mini Boston was, as always, excellent. The service engineer came to talk about any issues I had and sent a comprehensive video of the status of my car and what had been done.
